I have developed a keen understanding of the real estate market and how difficult it can be for some sectors of our population to navigate. If I guide my clients through a buying or selling transaction with as little stress and anxiety as possible, I know I’ve completed my mission. I possess a sympathetic commitment to the elderly, fragile or disadvantaged members of society and treat them professionally and with great honesty and integrity. I am extremely generous sharing my knowledge and talents in a patient and responsive way. I have successfully staged homes for clients who were not able to complete the process on their own and led them to a profitable sale. My greatest satisfaction is derived when impossible challenges are met, dealt with, and overcome.

The office is located in Dover, and my husband, son and I live in Mendham Township. Morris County has been our home base for over  twenty five  years. My real estate career began over 25 years ago in the Kinnelon/Butler area. I was frequently named Agent of the Month and also received many yearly Top Producer group awards. It was early in my career that I served low income, first time home buyers through the nonprofit Housing Partnership for Morris County,  where I remain as a fund raiser and supporter until today. In 2002 I was chosen as the recipient for their annual award presented to one deserving Realtor.  I am honored to  have served on their Advisory Committee and currently the Marketing Committee.
In my initial career as a Certified Public Accountant my assignments took me to many states as well as Canada and South America. I worked with medium to large sized business in a variety of tax and accounting functions.

Maurizio started his real estate career in 2001, as a sales associate For the Century 21 office in Summit, NJ. In 2002 he moved  Real Estate Consultants in New Providence, where he met Diana Sheriff who was also working there as a sales agent . In 2005 he received a Circle of Excellence award for outstanding sales awarded by the North Central Jersey Association of Realtors,  In 2007 after completing the Real Estate Broker Licensing requirements, and continuing education, he was hired as the Broker/Manager of the Realty Executives branch office in Kenilworth for 7 years. Afterwards he was an interim Broker of Record for Driscoll Real Estate in Chatham. He then decided to join Heirloom Realty, to reunite with Diana Sheriff to work for her company Heirloom Realty. Maurizio has a lot of real estate sales, and managing experience which he utilizes to help his clients make their real estate transactions a positive, and efficient experience.

Michael was with Realty Executives in Kenilworth and Fairfield for 10 years before moving to Heirloom Realty. His focus is to always treat everyone in a respectful manner, and provide a superior level of service. He was raised in Long Valley, and also has a unique understanding of the Chester, Mt. Olive, and Morris County areas to ensure his buyers obtain the best available locations.

Michael completed his BA undergraduate degree at the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles. His minor focus at USC was real estate, where he studied both commercial real estate and real estate law. Afterward he completed post graduate work at San Francisco State University before returning to his home state of New Jersey. His experience creates a unique skill set for providing the best real estate services to both commercial and residential clients.
